LIDA is AWESOME, I was always very small until I had my daughter. I was at 140lb size 10, that was horrible. I tried the lida daidaihua pills because of a friend and now I am down to size 3 at 115, I felt great and looked great.

I started taking lida daidaihua 2 weeks ago and already I've had people notice a difference in my appearance. The pro's for me are.. instantaneous weight loss, from day one my appetite curbed dramatically. The con's are... an insatiable thirst, I drink 2+ litres of water a day now

I’ve been on Lida for a month and so far so good. I have been to the doctor for general checkups, and have not had anything come back irregular or bad :) the weight has went from 176 to 163 currently, hope i can hit my comfortable weight of 130 with them, wish me good luck :)
